Wrong author listed

Hi,

I'm just getting started as an author on Goodreads (yay!). My first book is coming out soon, so I'm getting ahead of that effort. I've added it, but it automatically linked to the wrong James Fox. I need to change my account to a Goodreads author account, and link this book to it.

Please let me know if I need to provide any additional information.

When several authors share the same name, Goodreads differentiates them by varying the number of spaces between the first and last names. When you entered your name, not knowing this, you sent the book to the default profile, which is the one with only one space.

I created a new author profile for you: you are now James^^^Fox with 3 spaces (^=space).
When auto-importing books, Goodreads always send them to the default profile (the one with only one space).
If that happen either edit the book and make sure there are 3 spaces in the author name or ask us to do so for you (and then just remind us that you are the 3-spaces author, it will considerably expedite the request :)

Now, you should claim this profile I just created for you, so you can manage it better (ex. add a picture, a bio, chose the default covers of your books, etc.).

Oh, one more thing: do you have an ISBN for your book?
If not, let us know asap when you do. If you wait and the book (with ISBN) get available on Amazon or the like, Goodreads will auto-import it again into the database (not knowing it is already there wince yours doesn't have a ISBN yet) and we will have a duplicate.
