I’m tempted to nominate
Death by G-String: A Coyote Canyon Ladies Ukulele Club Mystery because I just love the title and it sounds like a fun cosy mystery for a light summer read! However, for something a little more serious I nominate,
The Chemistry of Death by Simon Beckett, first in a series with lots of 5 star reviews.

We're ready for a new year, so it's time for everyone to nominate a book for our January 2021 group read.
We'll continue on with our different tasks each month:
For January's read we are looking for A book with the word DEATH in the title
So, nominate a crime/mystery/thriller/suspense book to cover January's task :)
Don't forget - 1st in a series, if a series
This thread will be open until 10th December, then nominations will go to the vote.
Authors and publishers, please don't nominate your own work!
