Power levels:

Common: Most gifteds are at this level. They train in a separate group with uncommons. Some examples of this would be, low levitation (levitation is separated in levels like others) or manipulation of one element. Manipulation of more than one element starts at rare.

Uncommon: This level is where gifteds are slightly more powerful than commons. They train with the gifted commons. Some examples are low healing or swiftness (do things at a faster pace).

Rare: This level has gifteds that are a jump from uncommon power. They have more sophisticated powers and some examples are medium leveled powers and introduced to manipulation of two elements.
