Much better place for that than in one of the 500 page book slots for the bed. haha.

Just to clarify:
4 Read a book with more than 100, but less than 1000 goodreads reviews (3 Gold)
Did you mean reviews or ratings?

It's permanent.

reviews. Ratings is a different goal that can come up.

Use http://www.audible.com/ . They have the exact running time to the minute. :)

On amazon for audio books it's listed under product details You have to do a bit of scrolling with most to get to that section. If you use overdrive app for library books it's listed under title information for each. Same thing as with audible: hours and minutes.

Collect them All
Collect 100 bugs. Each instance of a bug found in a book may count, multiple instances may be found in each book however books with insects found may not be used for other tasks. (Find Items Potion may be stacked for this quest). Bugs include Ants, Beetles, Flies, Mosquitoes, Spiders, and anything else you would denote as a creepy crawly.
Lifeblood: How to Change the World One Dead Mosquito at a Time
Mosquitoes = 35 times
Mosquito = 30 times
Flies = 1 time
Bugs = 3 times
Insects = 33 times
Fly = 1 time
Parasite = 20 times
Flies = 1 time
For capturing all the bugs earn +10 Experience and 1 Time Walking Potion.

Here is one from my list: Parallel Lives 1,309 pages.

The Fiery Cross 1,443 pages
Rabbit Angstrom: The Four Novels 1,520 pages
The Dying Grass: A Novel of the Nez Perce War 1,356 pages
Man, Economy, and State with Power and Market: Government and Economy 1,441 pages
This list might help. It's where I've been searching for the massive books over 1k: https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/4...

1153 pages was my edition of the extended & uncut. Or like over 37 hours of audio. haha.

The Fiery Cross 1,443 pages

The Dying Grass: A Novel of the Nez Perce War..."
Yep already read Texas, fiery cross, war and peace. I may read Noble House again. Dying grass looks interesting, if I can source it.
Will check out the link
Thanks :-)

must think up eviler monster....
ooooo... ideas.... *evil laugh*"
With the scrounger list dwindling and gold at a premium, I doubt that the next monster will get taken down so quickly.

We expect nothing less. ;-)

Well, one of my dogs is named Xerxes, but that doesn't help us here. :)
I haven't been able to find a single example either, and I've searched every way I can think to search.

It's for the November Classifieds. Each book you read from the list gets you 3 GOLD.

If you plan to attack ANYTHING SIGNIFICANT, drop all other quests and get your BAUBLES.
The Battle of the Queens shows how crucial they are in any protracted battle. Couple BAUBLES with Growing Weapon Potions -- you get double the attack power -- and you'd be invincible!

And for "Read a book where someone builds something physical." what does that mean exactly? Someone builds something with their hands? I think I have a book for that but just wanted to be sure.

One inventor coming up. ;-)
I used a book with a carpenter and another where a doctor built a jury rigged oxygen tent/incubator with next to nothing, for a premie in the Outback.

Are we talking ghosts? love? what?

Yes.
As to your previous question it depends on the book since if it's a book where everyone knows aliens exist then it doesn't count but if they discover aliens and everyone goes "Ack! There's aliens!" then it would count.
Its ok if only the main character knows they exist as well. So if the main character can speaks to ghosts and no one else believes then it's ok. It should be the majority of the public that doesn't believe the "thing" exists when the book starts.

The Stand (1153 pages)
1153 page book -> 11 hundred pages -> 2^11 = 2048 leagues"
Correct.
