My parent's took our rabbit to a breeder once when I was small. I'm sure I didn't know what was going on at the time but he had hundreds of rabbits in cages in his backyard. The baby bunnies are ridiculously cute.

I do admit to feeling a bit flustered with the latest
now off to rearrange my reading LOL
Doctor Cottage steps into the tavern and clears his throat.
"Ahem. If everyone would like to head over to my cottage, I have some announcements to make regarding the plague."

I wonder how many heroes will/can participate so we can estimate how long till the cure.

I would be happy if we could reach the cure in 2-3 weeks. Is it realistic? What do you think, Reva?

Jordan, a young widower with 3 rambunctious sons was at his wits end. How was he supposed to cope at home and run his Masonry business at the same time?
His thoughts turned to the previous night where he had met a young gentlewoman named Rose at the Guildhall Celebration. She was neatly dressed and while no beauty, had a quiet countenance. She was in the village visiting her married sister and was going to depart for home in a few days.
Dare he offer her a position of Nanny? Meeting Rose the next day he did just that.
If I Stay , she said, there have to be a few rules. I'll only do light housekeeping along with caring for your sons. Regarding any personal attraction that might develop between us due to our sharing the same roof I have A Single Demand . I'm a virtuous maid. There will be no kissing, no fondling, no Secret Seduction. If such as that happens, Consider me a Virgin Bought and Paid for and we would have to be married at once or risk unacceptable scandal.
Jordan agreed to her conditions and asked her to proceed him into the house to meet his children. Eyeing her gently swaying backside and trim figure, he thought maybe a little seduction and marriage might happen sooner than she thought.

Well, I might be shooting myself in the leg here. But my advice to you, NancyHelen, is to think twice before you waste the potion on the Paper Civet. I can imagine that under certain circumstances it would be better to store the potion (for the cure or for other use).

I agree with Zuzana save your heal potions for more important battles. Who knows when the Caravan will return. There are plenty of us around who can one-shot the Civet with no damage to HP.

Guys, do you know any other heroes with 10 AP weapons? Maybe they don't know about the latest development. We could PM them to let them know about the civets - they are cheap source of xp afterall.

Under no circumstances should anyone waste precious heal potions.
It may take a few extra days to lift the plague, so spend that time leveling up your hero or weapons or completing quests to make you stronger for the next surprise down the line -- and you know there WILL be other surprises. :-)
And thanks Cathy.

if you have a 5-9 AP weapon, a few HPs to spare (5 or more to be precise), and you do want to help to lift the plague
kill one civet, you'll lose 4 HP but you'll get 2XP for that, not a bad bargain IMO.
If you plan to kill more than one, do it at the pace of one civet a week. That way you'll get 2XP for every attack.

I'm doing my bit! I even decided to kill the Blue Dragon for the Orb of Water = double rewards absolutely worth using most of my heal potions now! Just need to get finish the academy history quest to get another heal potion now...

I'm just a lowly Level 3 Hero with a Level 3 Sword, and only 2 HP left. I'm somewhat close to leveling up, so if I can replenish my HP before the Civets are all taken care of, I will do what I can.
Until then, I will stay here at the tavern, offering to buy a drink to anyone who comes in thirsty after a tough-fought Civet battle.

When you're going after the Blue dragon try to use minor health and health potions (if you have them) instead of major health potions for extra 5 AP damage to the dragon. It helps quite a lot.

Sadly I needed to use both of my major health potions to avoid being burnt to a crispy critter during the battle. A cunning use of my damage potion did mean a reduction of one heal potion required though!
I hadn't planned to kill the dragon today, but on Sunday, after eating a chocolate rabbit egg. Sadly, that wasn't going to happen, so a rapid rejig to get the orb now was in order (civet killing = free exp and now free HP!)

Wow.

Reva. ----- 7 Paper Civets per week
Zuzana --- 7 Paper Civets per week
Rebecca - 1 Paper Civets per week
Zee. ------ 1 Paper Civets per week
100/16= 6.25 weeks
I'm sure we can bring this average down.

That's the plan currently but I'm never stuck to anything that doesn't seem to be working so we'll leave it as a "we'll see" type answer :)

I'm also ok launching two tasks that overlap if one goes on too long. Let's see how things are shaping up. :)

I snooped around a bit and found out that Lady Katie has a 10 AP weapon. If anybody could entice her to participate in the civet killing that would really help.

Reva. ----- 7 Paper Civets per week
Zuzana --- 7 Paper Civets per week
Rebecca - 1 Paper Civets per week
Zee. ------ 1 Paper Civets per week
Catherine - 7 Paper Civets per week
100/23= 4.35 weeks
With Theresa 7 Paper Civets per week
100/30= 3.33 weeks. Getting better!
I'm sure we can bring this average down.

LOL I like your thinking.
