i can be lazy at work.exhibit A: any TC comment posted between 7am-5pm Mon-Fri
but i need coffee too. that makes sense to me
Ditto what Kevin said. It's a good thing my office's network has blocked Facebook, or I'd never get anything done. But my bosses are cool with us spending some time on the Internet. Some people have smoke breaks. Others go online.
I'm worse at home, actually. I'm usually with my laptop in the LR, watching TV and responding to e-mails.
Of course, I'm always drinking coffee.

I like to eat away from my desk. However, during lunchbreaks, I've been known to shut my door, lock it, turn on some relaxing music, turn off the lights, set my alarm, and take a nap at my desk. Those are always awesome because at some point when my alarm goes off, I almost always feel disoriented - Where am I? What day is this? What time is it? :)
Gee Heidi, the last thing I would want to do is wake up from a nap and still be at work. It would be like starting the day all over again.

And by the time I'm awake again, really awake, I feel refreshed and ready for the rest of the day (only a few more hours, typically, by then).
Glad it works for you Heidi. Leaving the building even if it is only for ten minutes usually helps me to finish the day.

I usually have to lock up at the end of the day, except for the day of away games, then I leave early.

Away games? Your kids?
btw - on my lunch hour today i ran home and fixed two chicken/bean burrito's (not microwaved but actually fixed) then peeled and cut up potato's, washed carrots, cut up onions and put them all in a big pot with a roast for dinner tonight, did some dishes, checked the mail, fed the dog and checked on my son who is home alone sick (no one call Child Protection...he is 18)then back to work on my motorcycle. so i guess i am not lazy today.

Yes, my son plays football.
Freshman in High School, he starts at Guard and Defensive Tackle for the frosh. He had a pick six last week, is was his first TD in a game ever.
very cool. DT is a fun position. gotta learn the "swim" and "bull rush" movesmy youngest is 18 and a senior. offensive line. primarily center. at 5'10" 225 he is the smallest O Lineman we have. 5-1 so far this year
5' 10" 185, and they are undefeated, as are the JV and Varsity teams.
good size freshman. keep throwing the steaks and potato's to him. sounds like a great year for that school's football program
He is actually the second smallest lineman, the center is smaller.
The food bill has gone up considerably, but he doesn't gain any weight.

I almost always eat lunch at my desk. And I know I should get up and walk around more. I'd probably be more productive that way.
How are you lazy at work? I need coffee, by the way. Hope this makes sense.
