Silas follows suit and does scissors. He smiles but the smile seems off somehow. Almost fake. He flicks his nose and starts over.

Jett notices, and stands, holding her hand out to Silas.
“Hey, you wanna go on a walk with me?”

Silas nods and smiles, this time more genuine. "Sure!" He hugs Mr.Beans to his chest and takes Jett's hand, standing up.
Jett hops straight down from the balcony, landing with a ‘uff’. It was a trick someone had taught her. A long time ago. She clutched her locket thinking about it, but thought better of it.
“Alright, where to?” She called to Silas, giving him her brightest smile.

Silas smiles and climbs down. "Uhm.... deep into the forest there's a little shack. It's pretty cute. Maybe we can go there?" He asks tentitively.
Jett nods, hands on her hips.
“Yeah, sure! Lead the way, Silas!”

Silas nods and leads Jett into the forest, walking with confidence. It's almost like he could walk there blindfolded.
Jett follows, examining the various trees they pass.
Silas darts around a patch of roses and continues walking.
Jett hops over it, whistling to break the silence.
Silas squeezes Mr.Bean's flipper gently and approaches the abandoned shack.

Kane watched them leave, still not saying anything. He appreciated Silas toning down the energy, but he was just a bit anxious around people he didn’t know. Everyone was somewhere else now, save for him and Aeris. “...sorry.” He said, although he wasn’t really sure what he was sorry about. It just felt like something he should say.
“There’s nothing for you to apologise for. Why are you saying sorry to me, Kane?” Aeris asks, tilting his head just slightly.
“I...I don’t know. I thought maybe you were... you were mad at me or something? I’m not sure why...” Kane looked down at the floor slightly.
