Basically a nightmare creature mostly coming from the nightmare realm. Sometimes a well formed but grotesque creature, other time a mass of flesh bones eyes and mouth that move, talk and make your mind a hell. Slowly eating your sanity.

For example Chutulu, an eldritch abomination (Basically eldritch horror but god version), can make your mind die just if you are close to him. And Chutulu is a weak Eldritch abomination. But Eldri is just a lesser eldritch horror so he's more at a great dragon of power level
