Are you sure? According to Worldcat and Amazon, Bluthimmel is the translation of Firesky, so book 2. I've separated Bluthimmel from Infernal and combined it with Firesky. (I've seen it before that a translation was published earlier than the original book.)
The page counts of Infernal and the German translation Der Fluch des Feuers give no reason to believe that the German translation is split in two parts.
