ABANDONED. Trashy novel from the 70s - Character "Belinda" (I think)

About a young teen who becomes an actress, way too mature for her time. At one point, she's at a party wearing, I believe, a white dress with a huge, heavy, gold octopus necklace whose tentacles provacatively encircle her booby-bits (trying not to be overly offensive).

I think she also gets involved in relationships with men, way too old and inappropriate for her and winds up pregnant.

This was the kind of book you could pick up on the drugstore rack for about $1.39; no redeeming literary value at all, but sooooooo much fun!

If you mean Belinda by Anne Rice, no, not that one. Similar in some cases, but it was way before this book....
