Marty sighed and tossed him a bag, "Here, its some of my extra acid pellets. I trust you know how to throw?"
Oliver pulled an extra pocket knife out “and if you don’t you can always use this” Oliver said giving the knife to Henry
Soon enough they found an easily defended home and stayed in it sweeping the house in one go all was empty so they took and divided it into the rooms: boys girls and injured
Alex looked at a building and went over to it when he heard the WCKDs burg.
"alright guys let's prep for the night henry can you take stock?" Leon asked
Marty squinted around and asked softly, "You would think it would be...I dunno, noisier."
Oliver shrugged “maybe they are trying to keep quiet”
Marty shrugged and frowned softly. "Kinda unnerving is all."
Cassidy stood up and went into a random room.
Baia sits on the ground, tapping her nails on the floor.

Cassidy opened the door and walked in. The room had obviously had to have been a childrens room. There were toys everywhere and the room had toy trucks as the wallpaper. Cassidy looks around and walked towards the window. I frame held a picture of a little boy and his parents. "What happened to you?" She whispered aloud.
Marty came in and sat down, "What do we have food wise?"
Alex walked in after Cassi, "Cassi, should we be here?"
Cassi jumps and drops the frame. The glass shatters, and she yelps as she gets one stuck in her hand. "Ow..." She muttered.
"I believe we have enough for a few weeks or so. If we don't eat too much." Baia tells Marty

The yelp reverveberated around the otherwise silent city, loud as a cannon blast.

"Thanks" She gave him a weak smile and picked up the frame.
Slowly, the supposedly empty buildings around them came to life.
"everyone quickly to your places injured in the middle everyone who can fight prepare yourself" leon said grabbing his spear "no gun or it will atract more"
Marty got to his feet and prepared his slingshot. Not-so-distant growls started to surround them.
Oliver stood up ready to fight whatever was surrounding them

"Marty use a melee weapon the slingshot will slow you trust me it isn't as effective up close" he said stabbing something with a spear as it barrled down the hallway
Oliver was underneath the animal trying to cut it open. After a while of struggling the animal fell limp on top of him.
Marty grinned slightly and shot a pellet on the ground at some cranks. A huge fire exploded and quickly engulfed a small number of them. He then grabbed his bat off the ground and jumped forwards.
Oliver pushed the animal off and went to attack another one.
Leon grinned and roared barreling at the monsters hard enough to make the five in the doorway fly into the hall and from there the scene became bloody and gruesome as the group worked together enough to slaughter the monsters that attacked and at the end of it leon sat on his but at the top of the stairs taking deep breaths
