Books with: hedonistic, decadent socialites fictional

Basically, I just finished Social Creature by Tara Burton and I am obsessed with the character of Lavinia. She's a 20something socialite who loves art and beauty, she's manic, she parties every night until dawn, she's wealthy, a social butterfly, totally irresponsible, and effortlessly gorgeous.

I want to find books with similar hedonistically wealthy and carefree settings, especially if they revolve around a 20something woman. The more escapist, the better. I want beautiful rich settings described gorgeously. Ideally something modern as well, so not Edith Wharton-eqsue.
