Btw this is my first V. E. Schwab read, I've heard about her other books as well.

I realized this concept halfway through part 3 when a sudden realization hit me, all these art-works are someway or other related to Addie lol.
Melissa, I'm glad this book made it to your top 3 list :)

Got sidetracked with some work related assignments, I hate when this happens...when you are reading a good book but can't complete it.

What'd you guys think about the ending?

I know everyone who participated in this thread has finished reading it now but just in case for any new member SPOILERS AHEAD!
The ending was fairly predictable, I guessed very early that Addie would sacrifice herself for Henry, I mean she had to but her checkmate move with Luc was something that I wasn't expecting and that made me give it a 5 star rating!
Also Luc was a God afterall, shouldn't he be more busy rather than chasing Addie and making her life miserable by intentionally using Henry (just a thought)

By the way I loved the cat's name and if I'm ever going to pet one, I'll name it Book :)

It's the power of semantics, even Luc could be deceived lol.

It was so beautifully written and just kept getting better and better as it went along. I didn't want it to end.
Has this been optioned for a movie. I want one.. it would be brilliant.

It was my first too! I finished not that long ago. One of my 3 best books of last year!!
