10.2. A Decade of Turbulence
Not just in the U.S. - during the 1960's there were numerous successful coups around the world (sometimes more than one per country!

Read a book set at least 50% in one of these countries, each of which had at least one successful coup during the 60s.
Algeria, Argentina, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Somalia, Somaliland, South Korea, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Turkey, Upper Volta (Burkina Faso), Yemen, Zanzibar.

REQUIRED: Specify in your post the country in which your book is set.

I believe it's set in South Korea, so it would work.

Kelly L (kelly29) | 282 comments May I have Homegoing confirmed for being set 50+% in Ghana? I just read it - the first 144 pages (of 300) are set in Ghana, then switch to the US, then return to Ghana, so more than half is set in Ghana. Thank you!
