Here is the Writers 750 Emerald Schedule for the short story contests in 2021.
I will be hosting each month in 2021! YAY!
I am super excited to read your stories!!

The contest will begin at the beginning of each month.
Stories are always due on the 25th.
Winners and awards will be announced at the end of each month.
One story per person each month.

I hope to read your stories! Participate when you can.

3. March Appointments – Theme: Acceptance
4. April Conflicts – Theme: Optimism
5. May Swamps – Theme: Corruption
6. June Weather – Theme: Atmosphere

9. September Heirlooms – Theme: Inheritance
10. October Tricksters – Theme: Deception
11. November Noises – Theme: Suspense
12. December Emerald City – Theme: Compassion

I'm in too. I know that several people commented in another post that they'd rather see things slow down / quarterly writing contests. But things have really slowed down as it is THIS YEAR with monthly contests. Please, just come and participate when you can. You all are what makes this group great, and I appreciate all of you!

I hope I can resume later this month or in December. Eye treatments should correct the current problems. I agree with the monthly "routine" so that all who can contribute in any given month(s) will have the opportunity to do so. I plan to be a regular soon.
