What was the most surprising revelation in the story?

I was surprised that the park ranger, Carl, was Ann's brother. For some reason I figured that he got pulled into the group cooking meth at the national park because he was dating Ann. I was also surprised that Jeff was their brother.

That was one of my big surprises, that they were all siblings. I really thought Jeff and Ann were in a relationship until Micah revealed differently. The park ranger was a big surprise. Wonder how he got the job?

I did not expect that this was a group of siblings. I too thought Ann was in a relationship with Jeff.
