Lucy lets Anne know that she’s an FBI agent in training. Did you question her decision to do that even before Ann assaulted her? Could she have handled Ann differently?

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1203 comments I think Lucy's basic instincts were off when she made this "unnecessary" information available. Ann was an unknown quantity who had a gun with her -- wouldn't that ordinarily set off lots of alarms?

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments As soon as Lucy started telling Ann that she was an FBI trainee, I said "Don't tell her that". I don't think she should have said anything about being with law enforcement. This just made Ann even more wary about Lucy.

I had the same reaction as both of you. Boy, did Lucy read Ann wrong. I could see her wanting to provide some assurance but she didn’t know enough about this woman to reveal herself as with the FBI. It was extremely bad judgment.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments It didn't feel right. I second guessed a lot of Lucy's actions in this short.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I felt the same. Lucy did not need to volunteer as much information as she did. The real important skill Lucy has was that she has done search and rescue before. That should have been the most reassuring to Ann, not that she was an FBI agent in training.

Melissa (melissasd) | 676 comments As soon as Lucy told her I knew that it was a mistake. Lucy should have known better. She has great instincts and knew that something wasn't right with Ann and Jeff. I'm not sure why she made this mistake.
