Attention was given to Kirk Amanti, a co-worker who was unhealthily focused on Chelsea. Did you think he might be the abductor? Why or why not?

[Robin]

I didn't think the abductor was Kirk. The way he answered Morgan's questions was so much different than the guy who was ordering Chelsea around.

[Sharon]

I'm so bad at reading clues even though I try taking notes when we have group reads.

Kirk never hit my list, mainly because of the Aspergers. I know that doesn't make him incapable of murder. It's just that I didn't think he had it in him to hurt Chelsea and taking her away from her kids.

[Jonetta]

I didn’t think Kirk had it in him to behave towards Chelsea the way the abductor did. He’d never be able to muster up that kind of aggressiveness or hurt her.

[Lauren]

I ruled him out pretty quickly for the same reasons as everyone else.

I agree that Kirk didn't lie about children, so he couldn't have done it.
