SOLVED. YA Sci-fi novel where wife is able to call the younger version of her husband from the phone in her childhood home. Spoilers ahead. [s]

I'm not positive of the exact year I read it, but I would have said it was probably 2016-early 2018. I think it was a relatively new novel at the time.
I remember the main character visited her childhood home while really upset with her husband at around some holiday (I wanna say Christmas) and while going to call him to apologize on the old rotary phone in her childhood bedroom the younger version of her husband picked up (like her high school sweetheart?). She started talking to him every night and she decided she was going to go home and apologize to him in person as a surprise, but when she got there she had butterfly effected her children out of existence??? (I'm not positive but I think then she went back and tried to save everything by convincing her younger self to fall back in love with her)
I think the cover had a rotary phone on it. I'm pretty positive it was a paperback.
