((No, they're waiting. I just opened the interview topic because even though training happens before interviews, those who have to wait for their tribute's turn to be interviewed can roleplay any of their tributes in training. The training topic is happening before the interviews. I just wanted to give people something to do while they wait so I thought I'd do those topics open at the same time))
