Separating Spanish Edition from English (separate ISBNs)

Hello!

I recently released a Spanish edition of El secretario y el luchador. However, when I went to add it on Goodreads after waiting for it to show up on its own, I realized it was somehow added as another edition of the English version. However, it has its own ISBN and ASIN. Shouldn't it be listed as a separate book? I've checked other authors with different language versions of their titles and they're all listed as separate entries.

If they're supposed to be separate, how do I get them separated?

They are supposed to be combined.
They are usually listed separately because the automatic import system does not know to combine them unless the titles are the same. We combine them as we come across them.
