This was best consumed in audiobook format- as it is essentially a series of interview clips from various members and the audiobook had different readers. Easy to consume once you got used to the "bizarre-o-world" voices of the actors. Many interviews were with cast, so you'd here a quote from Steve Carrell, or Mindy Kaling- but the voices were obviously not them. Once you get past that, it's great.
The only issue I can see readers/listeners have is the roles and players were really only explained once- so you had to really learn who everyone was. I'm a listener of the podcast 'Office Ladies', where Jenna Fisher and Angela are rewatching the series with insider tips and tricks. This means I know the names- Kent, Greg, Jen, Paul- these are all "behind the scenes people" that most might not know the roles of, and their job title might not give all the info needed to understand why they might have the perspective they do. Lucky me, I know the players, the names, and thought it was super fun.
My only qualm- maybe I'm too hardcore of an Office fan- because I did find this sort of repetitive with other Office fan media- since I've listened to other podcasts, and info on The Office- this was hit and miss with events and stories that I had heard before, and fun new things. But the fun new things were GREAT.
