SOLVED. ChickLit book based in the UK on a best village competition. [s]

basically in this book this small town/village is apart of some competition for a best small village/town and they are close to winning. but then a movie is set to be filmed there and it’s bringing a lot of attention to the town. two of the main characters are sisters one carefree the other more serious. one is also married! the cover was blue and the book was aimed at women because on the cover it had details for a free lingerie giveaway. didn’t get to finish the book because I left it on a plane but it was a interesting read and would love to finish. thanks for any help!
