wrong date

I can find no support for the 1999 date.

-- So actually the "2007" date is also wrong.

Since it's a sequel to a book written in 2004, it seems unlikely there was anything written in 1999.

One Spanish edition was incorrectly listed as being published in 1999. Corrected that one to 2007 according to Amazon ES, and changed the original pub year to 2006.
