Beta Reader for Mystery Novel

I'm looking for at least 1 beta reader for my second mystery novel. The book comes in at about 51,000 words. I want to make sure everything flows well and brings a smile to the reader's face.

Experience with the San Francisco Bay Area is helpful, but not required.

Aiming to publish in late December, so I'm asking now. I can provide the first book in the series if needed.
