Need assistance making a readathon!

Hello! For those of you that know me, you may know I have a booktube channel! So this December I wanted to host and create a Winter/Christmas themed readathon! And I would announce it on my channel. But instead of just having prompts and reading as many books as we can, I wanted to do something different! a type of readathon no one's done before. I mean not like a simple prompt one. or a how many pages you read equals points. or like a team thing. I want it to be something different and original and new! But I need more creative brains! anyone willing to help?
