For fans of Sadie and The Cheerleaders comes an all new thriller about a boy who turns up dead under suspicious circumstances and the one girl who may be the key to solving the mystery of his untimely death.
For Ivy, summer means roller-coaster season, spinning cotton candy at the Fabuland amusement park, and hanging out with her best friend, Morgan. But this summer is different.
One morning, Morgan finds a dead body. It's their former classmate and coworker Ethan. To make matters worse, Morgan is taken to a hospital psych ward only days later, and she's not saying much--not even to Ivy.
The police claim that Ethan simply took a bad fall, but Ivy isn't convinced and realizes it's up to her to get answers. What she finds is unsettling--it's clear that some people aren't being honest about Ethan's last night at Fabuland. Including Morgan. And the more secrets Ivy uncovers, the closer she gets to unraveling dark truths that will change her life forever.
Chapter 1 and 2 done (view spoiler)[ Morgan, Ivy's best friend went missing the cops found her on top of a Ferris wheel and she was safely returned to the ground. So far I like it but it's to early to know for sure. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ Yeah, everything is so weird. I'm curious to know what really happened to Ethan and what did Morgan see when she found him. Hopefully it's gonna have some good twists. (hide spoiler)]
Chapter 5 (view spoiler)[ Is it just me or is her father really weird?? I'm thinking about it since she saw him talking to those pre-teen girls. (hide spoiler)]
Chapter 15 (view spoiler)[ Her father is so annoying, I don't like him, so he's suspicious to me. Nothing has move forward in the mystery so far, but it's still capturing my attention. (hide spoiler)]
Chapter 25 (view spoiler)[ Knowing Ethan had seizures can explain some things, but his death is still suspicious, also is the way Morgan is behaving. I have some guesses of what might have happened, but I don't know if I'm seeing too much into things. I feel like this book could be shorter, there's just a bunch of pointless chapters and things going on. (hide spoiler)]
Finished (view spoiler)[ I knew her father was a jerk, it kinda obvious actually. And the thing I was thinking was really true. Although the book kept me curious until the end, I felt like it was all over the place and nothing was really happening. I was expecting more of a mystery thriller, and it's not really it, considering Ethan's death was just a background for other things. I'll probably give 2 or 2.5 stars. (hide spoiler)]
chapter 15 (view spoiler)[ Okay I'm finally getting into this. I think I'll finish this weekend. I think her father should have talked to Morgan about the lifeguard job. (hide spoiler)]
