I stayed up late last night to finish this. I liked it. I didn’t read what it was about before hand. I expected it to be like Are You Afraid of the Dark? So I was pleasantly surprised.
Got to the hit & run. If this turns out to be a joke, that will be so messed up and all these kids need therapy. Lots.
Hit and Run- chapter 16. I have my suspicions but dang these teens! Just communicate with each other!!
Done! 2 stars. These people are so awful. Nothing funny about any of this. What kind of people would ever think to do this?
Oh bummer Tosh. I'm way behind in my reading this month but i did manage to watch the 1st Fear Street movie and was very pleasantly surprised! It broke a few molds and I'm looking forward to seeing the next one. Anyone else watched them yet?
Yes, I did. I loved them but those people who decide to read the books after seeing the movies are in for a shock, huh? Lol!!
I finished Final Exam
while I was on vacation. I enjoyed it. Definitely had me guessing who was doing everything to Kelly.I now have started
The Wrong Girl.
I also found The Midnight Club
at my local Books-A-Million store. Can't wait to start that. I'm almost caught up.

Thanks Melanie!
Hit and Run wasn't necessarily good, but I had a good time reading it. I don't know that I was supposed to think that the characters were bad people that mostly got what they deserved, but reading it that way worked for me.
I got Temptation, which has both of the Goodnight Kiss books in it. My brain cannot make the connection that it is a R.L. Stein book even if it has a Twilight knock-off cover. Whenever I see it in my tbr basket, it is like I am seeing it for the first time.

I finished The Wrong Girl The Wrong Girl
. I enjoyed it very much. Definitely had a few twists I didn't see coming. I am now starting The Midnight Club by Christopher Pike.
The Midnight Club. I am almost caught up.
I finally got to Hit and Run. I pretty much guessed what was going on straight away, not one of his best. 2 stars.
I can't get hold of a copy of Goodnight Kiss so I'll have to skip it for now, plus we're back in level 4 lockdown so trapped at home with all the flying monkeys and Mr Flying Monkey does not allow for a lot of 'me' time lying on the couch with a book :-/
I've read the first 3 chapters of Goodnight Kiss and I think i've read this before, long time ago. Maybe.
I've read 6 chapters of Goodnight Kiss and I know i've read this before. I don't know when (teen I imagine) or what I thought of it or what happens. I'm liking it so far but it's incredibly cheesy. I just happen to be ok with cheese lol.
Nectar. Nectar. Nectar. It is sooo cheesy, but it makes it really fun to read. There is a twist a few chapters in that I thought was actually good and not cheesy good.
I'm having so much fun rereading this (from who knows how long ago). So cheesy and fun. I'm 14 chapters in.
I just finished the first Goodnight Kiss and really enjoyed it. A fun cheesy time and now i'm wondering if I read the second one and that'll be familiar too or if I just read the first. Will have to read it to find out! lol
Latasha wrote: "I just won Goodnight’s Kiss. Says I will have it by the 9th so I’ll try to read it in September."That's cool Latasha. I'm hoping to start Goodnight's Kiss soon.
I’m having serious deja vu about the slumber party. I know I haven’t read it but I think I listened to a podcast about it. I just don’t understand why these girls are friends. Do these men authors know that girls are not like this?!
I read the first chapter of Slumber Party and felt like I was watching a car crash or something. And with the fire situation, I was in a house fire Sept 8th, 2012. Yea it's been awhile but Sept 8th is tomorrow. Even without that though, the girl hate didn't seem believable, the anorexia joke, the whatever that was with Cal, the body hate...in the first chapter alone, I am sorry but I can not with it.
I've started Slumber Party and it started out well until the boys have shown up. These bimbos better not spend the next 120 pages arguing over the guys!!!!
I finished Christopher Pike's The Midnight Club last night. I enjoyed it very much. I thought from the blurb that when one of the teens passed they were going to try and contact the others from beyond the grave but that wasn't so. But I loved the stories they all told and there was one part at the end that made you think hmmm maybe someone did try to send a message from beyond. I am going to start The Goodnight Kiss next and I have ordered Slumber Party so that should be here by end of September hopefully before.
Slumber party- chapter 3 (view spoiler)If anyone wants my copy after I’m done reading it, I’ll send it to you. Should be soon.
