Copy Editor Recommendations

I have completed my novel. I need a copy editor to look at my work to make sure it is up to standard etc. I am on a tight budget so can anyone recommend a copy editor that is good but reasonably priced.

When looking for an editor it is best to say what the book is about. Also, don't get an editor until you've go through it at least three times. I have done editing in the past for $1 a page, with the first 10% free so you can see if you like what I do.
