Laughlin was an ass. Feeling she didn't belong was one thing. To his mind she needed watching. Testing her was acceptable, but he was outright belligerent and made it his mission to make her fail. Not acceptable. It was a definite problem that someone on the panel divulged classified information to him. He should be censured for sure.
This was a serious breach and he should be reprimanded for it. I agree, too, that his behavior was hostile, cruel and unprofessional. This guy has serious problems and has no business being near new agents in training.
He should certainly be reprimanded for what he did to Lucy. They should also be questioning him and asking where he got the information.
I agree with all of you. He doesn't belong with new recruits. I'm not even sure he belongs in the FBI. He wasn't testing Lucy, he was putting her in a hostile work environment. He needs to be reported and dealt with internally and through EEO.
