How do I delete book link

I inadvertently added the wrong book link to the "Get a Copy" section of my book and wish to remove it.

However, clicking on the "delete" button does not work: It just takes me to the general "error" page (with a book quote and a message that something went wrong) and nothing happens.

Is there something I am doing wrong? How do I remove a book link?
