I found by Robin Sloan on a list of books about/with magic. However, after reading it, I don't think this book satisfy the requirement of this task. I will look for another book to meet the task.

What did you think of it? I read that book for a book with a number in the title. I thought it was really strange.

It was not at all what I was expecting. I thought the main idea was very interesting, but I have to admit that I did scan a few sections.
