First, comment in the 'guest post signup' topic. You can either do exchange guest posts (two people do guest posts on each other's blogs) or, if someone just feels like having guest posts on their blog, that.
Here's what you would put on the guest post:
-A bio. Just post your name (or online name), how long you've been blogging for, maybe a little about yourself
-A link to your own blog, as well as a little bit about your own blog.
-The post that you're guest posting

Guidelines:
-You may not guest post something that has been previously published on your own blog
-You may not ask for money for people to guest post on your blog if negotiating through this group
-You may not claim any guest posts on your blog as your own work
-You may not take posts from other sources to guest post

After figuring out who you will guest post for or vice versa, take all discussions to PMs.

I have something kinda-sorta-like-this that I wanna do.
But I am very untrusting of people so I'm debating whether or not to actually ask people about it 'cause I do not want any idea thiefs.

Okay, I'm going to propose the idea because I trust these humans enough not to steal my idea... We'll see if I'm right I guess...
