Youssef El Baba Hello,

I'm a debuting author, I self-published my book "The Art of Living: Self-management — How to Survive and Thrive in the 21st Century" as an ebook on March 16th 2020, on all major platforms (Apple, Amazon, Kobo, Barnes & Noble).

I'm having difficulty gathering enough reviews for my book, and without these reviews I'm afraid I can't run any effective advertizing campaigns.

I was wondering if anybody would be interested in reviewing my book ? I can share a free copy in either EPUB format (preferably) or if needed MOBI format. I can also send coupons on Apple books or Smashwords.

The book is about self-management. It explains (in Part I) fundamental findings in neuroscience and cognitive science, and explains what these findings mean in practice for daily life in terms of self-management. While doing this, I hint at what benefits the reader can expect from putting the science into practice, and allude to a small extent to the societal benefits of more people doing so.

This book is written in the context of presenting a self-management system inspired by David Allen's GTD system. Most importantly, the structure and habits forming the system are directly linked to, justified and motivated with the scientific findings, and the system is fully described (In Part II) so that anyone wanting to start using it can implement it in their own life.

To my knowledge, very few self-help books both justify / back their advise with science, and very few self-help books explain the full implementation and ramifications of their recommendations from A-Z. I try to do both these things in the book, with the aim that ideally, someone who is convinced (after Part I) that they want to use such a system, can actually implement it in practice only by relying on the book (and small accompanying material) , with no need for unnecessary extra research work on how to put the advise into practice, and no need to attend expensive seminars and courses.

If you feel interested in reviewing the book, kindly message me or reply here. I can then send you a copy.

Best and looking forward to finding reviewers,
Youssef El Baba
