I don’t think Molly is going to get promoted or leave the Winter Court. I don’t think she can ever become human again. Harry commented on her using cell phones…On the other hand, I 100% believe Harry will slip out of the mantle which will open him up to lead the new Gray Council (or whatever they call it). Maybe not as the sole leader, but in an important position.
Harry slipping out of commitments; is pretty much his standard operating procedure. On the other hand he has become very isolated from his normal allies. White council made him a pariah

Butters became a knight if the Cross, that makes him a badass, but somebody else is pulling his strings.
Will and Georgia became parents, i see their action packed times dwindling towards an end.
His strongest allies are currently all associated with the monsters inc, and here specifically the Winter Fae.

How many books are now planned, including the final trilogy?
It used to be 20 + trilogy, but as the next book isn’t the planned “mirror mirror”; we can likely up the count.
I think Dresden is dead. Starved to death by the author.
In the short story Christmas Eve at the end of BG, Butcher describes Molly giving Harry a cool, sisterly kiss. Harry's also deeply wary of her. One way of the other, this will be fun to watch
