@Althea Thank you! I was wondering how we were going to read the book before it was released (If we weren't big enough to be able to get a ARC) xD

Finished Part 2 - I reckon I'll be reading this fairly quickly it's addictive! So far I'm really enjoying it - the premise is intriguing!(view spoiler)
Ok so I absolutely couldn't put this down! I finished it and loved it! Will be here to discuss whenever you guys catch up
So funny story: I got approved for an arc on netgalley like 6 months ago, but I wanted to wait to read it until it was closer to publication, but THEN I moved and lost my kindle charger and just bought a new one. So it's been a roller coaster of me remembering that I had this book and desperately wanting to read it because I've heard nothing but amazing things. I've been kind of middle of the road with V.E. Schwab's other books, but I'm pretty sure this is going to be a winner.
Finished! I had a blast. Can't wait to talk to you about it!https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I'm done with part one, still loving it and I finally figured out why it feels familiar; it reminds me The Starless Sea.
Does it? I think as you get further in it has quite a different feel - it's not quite as surreal I feel
I said the said thing. It didnt feel like Schwabs voice it read completly like an Erin's book, I compared it to the Night Circus but is basically the same feeling.

I feel like it felt like a much more grown-up version of her narrative in the Near Witch personally!
I havent read the Near Witch but the voice from Vicious and the London's trilogy (im sorry forgot the name haha) although different settings and themes seems familiar, and its a really adult prose and its all well developed. Im not complaining, or at least I dont think so, but thats why I say it doesnt read like a Schawb its just way different. More lyrical perhaps?
I just finished reading part 2 and I'm enjoying this book so far! (view spoiler)I wish I didn't have any upcoming responsibilities so I could binge read this 😭
I'm only a little over halfway but I was also very shocked! I kind of put the pieces together a page or two before it was actually said but in retrospect it makes so much sense.
I'm around part 4 too and I'm really loving it too :) I got really surprised with the (view spoiler) plot twist. I may have actually screamed... just maybe...
I just finished reading this and I... am sad HAHAit leaves a lot to think about even after reading and addie's story really is something :3

I also finally just finished it and I am also sad but happy? This is what textbooks should use as an example of the perfect bittersweet ending.my review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
