Thank you so much for your work on this, Lethe. Just wondering--instead of merging can the super just delete the While We're Here version? None of the people reviewing it could have possibly read it, because I wasn't sharing it with anyone by myself, my agent, and my editor, so I know the reviews aren't authentic.

No, I'm afraid that's not possible. Goodreads allows users to rate books in anticipation.

One last thing - I think the cover image was pulled from social media and had been through a filter, but I have a better file direct from my publisher, can you replace that image for the listing? Here's the jpeg:

Does it take a while to change? It still looks like the old one to me, and now I'm having another problem - when I search my name only my Untitled 2022 book is showing. And when I search 'you and me at the end of the world' it says no results. The page is still there and I can get to it from my profile, but it's just not showing up in the search.

Covers usually displayed immediately, I used your picture, but it really looks different on GR. Maybe site somehow filters images, I have no idea why it happens. I uploaded your cover image one more time a couple of minutes ago - same result.

About searching - it's a normal delay after corrections. If you try search by ISBN, the book will be there, but search by title will work in a few days, due to heavy cache.

Librarians don't have any influence on GR functionality.
You need to contact support if you have technical issues, librarians can't do anything about it.
(or just wait - there was a bug with books not being found for quite a while lately not sure if that's fixed already)
