ABANDONED. YA Fantasy book about some friends who are transported from the modern world to a fantasy kingdom where they become a princess, a dragon, and a Druid/nymph? Spoilers ahead.

I think I read this sometime between 2010 and 2016 in the YA section, but I can’t find it no matter how much I google search it. I’m not too sure if all the details are correct but it’s about a group of friends who get transported to a fantasy kingdom and they all learn to live with their new identities. I remember the main character turning out to be a princess who has to protect/save her kingdom, the guy finding out he can shapeshift into a (black?) dragon (he becomes her boyfriend), and another girl became a Druid/nymph? I think it must have been the last book in a trilogy or series because I think I remember a last battle with an evil sorcerer/wizard guy that the princess was held captive by at one point in the book and her riding her dragon boyfriend to battle. I’m honestly not too sure about the “transported” part since I think I only read the last book. Also, I think she gets her mom, the queen, back in the end. Edit: I think there was also a part where her dad was alive too? And the druids were attacked (by the evil sorcerers forces) and many of them died in fire?

A long-shot guess - one of the books from the Princess of Roumania series by Paul Park? The first book is A Princess of Roumania.
