Update: I hate to sound dense, but will the adjective be posted 10/28 and the theme 10/30 so the challenge starts 11/1 or will the adjective be posted 11/3 and the theme 11/5. Just want to make sure I don’t mess up starting out.

Hi Pam, the theme would be announced first. So round 1 will have the theme announced on October 30th. The book you pick for the round has to fit the theme. You’d then have till Nov 4 to post the completion and nouns.
The adjective will be announced on Nov 4 after the deadline. You’d have to post your final noun by Nov 6.
I should probably edit the first message to say starting October 30th! Thanks for asking this question!

*Fingers crossed* (I can do it, I can do it, I can do it...)
Come join us for Apples to Apples!
This is an individual, competitive challenge requiring the participants to read one book every 5 days. The challenge is similar to the board-game, except we will derive nouns from the book!
The challenge will run approximately 5 weeks, starting October 30th.
