Name: Caesar WilliamsAge: 16
Gender: Male
District: 1
Looks: Black, tall-ish, with curly hair too perfect to even exist. Very strong legs, strong arms, white pants and a white shirt. Wears glasses.
Personality: Caesar is a former Peacekeeper-in-training, and was at the top of his class, known for his sometimes lethal axe and crescent kicks. His spring-loaded legs could release a flurry of front kicks before you even a chance to raise your guard. But he was kicked out when he was tested for brutality. They found that while he wasn't open to killing, there was a...hunger in his eyes, a thirst that was seconds away from being quenched. They deemed him psychologically unstable and booted him out, but not before he learned all of the baton techniques they were teaching. Now, he enters the Hunger Games knowing that he'll win with his fast feet and sick kendo stick moves.
Skills: Use of batons, kendo sticks. He has his own developed form of martial arts, which includes mostly kicks, but some unarmed hand maneuvers.
Weaknesses: Slightly unstable, open to flying out of control and beating people to a pulp.
Other: Wears iron boots. Like brass knuckles, but for your feet. They are very heavy, however, but he has managed to run a mile in 6 min with them on and he swam 10 laps in a pool afterwards.

I was going to go for a timid tribute, but that's no fun.
I only have one timid tribute and she's gonna stay with her fellow tribute the whole time.

I did look at the list, but I didn't see anyone for district 2. Now I feel bad. Should I change my tributes district?

One is the wealthiest and twelve is the poorest basically. And one, three, and four are career districts but two doesn't get to be because they betrayed the capitol in the revolution.

Nothing about this rp really gives away the plot. It's just how the Games work and we make people up to play the Games.
