It's actually a pretty simple process to get it like that
It's not as hard as it looks. You literally just bake three yellow cakes and cut the domes off the top to level the layers. You let the layers cool. While that is happening, you whip up some buttercream icing and dye it turquoise. Then, you take the dome scraps and crumble them up and mix some icing in to basically make a cake pop batter. You shape it into a ball for the ice cream scoop. You take the three layers and put icing between them. Then, you ice the top and sides of the cake, making sure to smooth it out. You then melt some white chocolate and dye it hot pink. You spread it over teh top of the cake and drip it over teh sides. Lastly, you put the cake ball on top and cover it in teh pink sauce and slap a cone onto it.
