Getting through to "help"

Goodreads help hasn't worked for at least three days. Is there any other way to ask for help?

I'm assuming you mean the help site:
It's a known issue. If you click the link, close the tab. Then click the link again it should work for you.

Or else the link at the top of this group always works for me.

That link does work, but it doesn't automatically log you in like the link in the footer does.
