Less by Andrew Sean Greer Less (on the cover)
Song of Blood & Stone
A Judgement in Stone (the dead bodies)
Call Me By Your Name (someone falling in love)

Trying to interpret this in multiple ways...

What others?

Kim (kmyers) | 103 comments Maybe - The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian. The figures on the cover look like they're falling.

I don't know if this is about falling, but it looks like she's falling on the cover:
Gather the Daughters by Jennie Melamed Gather the Daughters

Kim (kmyers) | 103 comments I needed a horror book for the other fall reading challenge, so I chose this ya one: Anna and the Apocalypse by Katharine Turner Anna and the Apocalypse. Not only do a lot of zombies fall, people fall victim to them, and in one scene someone falls off a balcony.

I read this quite a while ago, but still remember it vividly!

That sounds good.

the perfect companion to The Girl Who Fell from the Sky would be
What It Means When a Man Falls from the Sky
or
The Girl Who Fell Beneath Fairyland and Led the Revels There

I have no idea what I'll read for this one. Less is what popped into my head as soon as I saw the category, so I guess I'll try that one, and if I hate it, I'll move on to one of the three titles I just mentioned.

or, like I said above, Gather the Daughters which seems to show a girl falling.

Tania | 545 comments Lots of ways to capture this prompt in The Murmur of Bees by Sofía Segovia
- several characters take a fall, including one at a very key story point
- several characters fall in love
- often there is talk about how a character can or can't fall asleep
- evening is referred to as nightfall
- a number of people fall sick
