Store they work at: A musical instrument shop chain, one location in Diagon Alley, the other in Hogsmead. The name is Stanton Instruments and Music.
Appearance: Eloise has ash-blonde hair that is almost always in a tight bun, matching similarly to her tight features, and her eyes are a cold light-hazel. She generally has an expression of dissatisfaction on her face, and though short for her age, makes clear that she is not one to mess with or anger.
Personality: Eloise is as cold as her appearance to most people. She means business and is not one to fool around with. Her favorite customers are ones who get what they came to her shop for and leave quickly without much conversation on irrelevant topics. However, deep down, she is extremely loyal to anyone close to her, and goes out of their way to make sure that they are ok.
History: Having been born to a Pureblood family who held blood purity to the highest degree, it is an understatement to say that they were deeply disappointed when Eloise turned out to be a squib. They sent her to a Muggle boarding school, where she did well but never really made friends. She generally liked to be alone, working with wood, a talent she had since she was very young. One of the music professors had taken an interest to her, and figured out that she was a squib from a magical family, having himself been a wizard and a luthier but unofficially exiled from society due to some covered up scandal involving the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts department and a cello he had made by hand (the professor strongly believed that handmade instruments sounded much better than magically made ones). The professor taught Eloise everything he knew regarding making instruments. When she finished her schooling, she went back to the Wizarding World, where she opened her shop. Later, she she met another maker of instruments, who specialty was winds and brass. Despite being in a pretty niche market, she managed to do well, and even support her family when they were in a tight spot.

Celeste's family was wonderful. She had a loving mother and father. Her father was supportive of witches and wizards (after he married one!) Celeste had a normal life when, suddenly, she got her Hogwarts letter at 11. She got sorted into Ravenclaw. While at Hogwarts, she met a guy named Oliver Wilkins, whom she instantly fell head over heels with. The two got married. Unfortunately, Celeste was unable to conceive kids causing Oliver to leave her and her to get jealous of any kids she comes across unable to cope with her unable to have kids... more TBD.
