I liked how she immediately threw us in there. So far, I'm enjoying the writing style in most bits. But it has been a little info-dumpy here in places and I think that could be handled better.

Not really attached to the characters yet, but I'm intrigued.

I agree with you. I was drawn in immediately. I do find it a bit info-dumpy and weirdly paced at parts.

SO just finished these chapters and HMMM

Lots of names which is kinda confusing because idk who is gonna be important or nah.

And i wish there was a tree, bc we have the two timelines: it would be nice to have a visual on who goes where.

ALSO kinda info-dumpy in a couple spots, not horrible but it coulda been cleaned up in editing.

I’m hoping we get some info that makes us care more about the characters, and kinda get to know their personalities, bc so far we haven’t seen any of that.


CONFUSED about Luke/Lucas... ‘Agrippa’ or ‘Biggs’???

I’m thinking it will be explained in Ch4 though.
