SCP-3084
SCP-3084 is to be kept is a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m room, complete with an adjoining restroom. The room is made out of rowan wood, fully furnished. Personnel should refrain from maintaining direct eye contact with SCP-3084 if it appears hostile, as it may inflict pain via telepathic connection.
kk You can make it, if you want, I've got a few Azusa clones checking the cells. I could role play with you.

Okay. I shall make it. Thank you.

[Cell Description or picture:] http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-9HhogLuU_BU...
[Requirements:] Must not make any eye/ physical contact with the scp.
[Material:]Reinforced concrete.
[Requirement for cell:] 2 people
[Viewing operations:] One way window.

SCP-7012's cell is made to mimic The Lady Chapel of Wells Cathedral in Wells, England. It is a 30 feet (9.1 m) room. It was meant to act as the chapel for this Foundation site. Light funnels in from the stained glass widows, painting the floors with vibrant colors. SCP-7012 is placed behind the altar.

Cell:
Single black bed, no other furnishings. Walls and floors have been painted black to keep her calm. Speakers on the ceiling blare various sounds at differing frequencies so that she can never concentrate enough to use her powers.
Requirements For Opening:
Permission from at least two high-ranking officials. Specialized earplugs. Must be lowered down into containment so that she will not be able to escape during the process. Usually only opened to provide her with food or drink that won't fit through the window.
Material:
Hard, reflective rock. Unspecified.
Capacity:
Built to support only one prisoner.
Viewing Operations:
Her powers allow her to easily break down a door, so any entry is through a small latch on the roof of her cell. There is a small window - barely big enough to stick your arm through - at eye level for the staff to keep an eye on her. This window isn't protected by glass, and is always left open so that she won't be able to break it, should she ever have the opportunity to try.

There's no description of his cell, both in his profile and in the room itself. (At least, as far as I saw.) Is it just a normal room? Or are the specifications for going inside?
Oh, :p derp. Yea, I added his picture. I didn't code it right so it didn't show up. HTML can be kinda tricky sometimes :\. Oh, and she wouldn't just be wandering around either. Like, some SCPs can teleport to other SCP cells. The teleportation pad is always in one corner of the room. And the cells are opened to specific SCPs, you can't just randomly teleport to a super powerful SCP and get killed. You have to be on either the same level, or the same amount of danger. So ultimately, the cells put down are customed to the SCP itself.

[Cell Description or Pictures:]

[Requirments For Opening or Viewing Cell:] Visitors are only allowed when she is in her neutral mood, and they cannot be armed, for if she changes moods and gets ahold of a weapon, there's no stopping her. She is only allowed out with lvl 7 or above SCPs, or for extremely rare reasons.
[Materials Used To Make Cell:] It's been made like a normal bedroom, with normal materials.
[Capacity of Cell:] Mid sized room, not too large, but enough walking space.
[Viewing Operations:] Cameras in every corner. The only time they can not see her is when she's crawled under the bed or into a dresser. The door is sealed and has a padlock to open it.

Our two characters have similar levels - 5 vs 7 - when it comes to power level. Is that close enough for mine to be able to transport to yours?
