Unlinking to Amazon.com

My non-fiction book is no longer available on Amazon but only on my website. How do I remove the link to Amazon on my book's profile page? And if there is a way, how do I add a link to my website, so readers can find the book? Thanks!

You can't. Every book has buy link buttons whether it is available or not. Users set them and choose which store to go to.
If you have more questions about site functionality you should ask in the Goodreads Help forum, as the librarians group does not deal with those issues.
