“Hello?” Aoife yells into the open.
"Hey, Aofie," Julie says from behind her
“Hello Julie,” Aoife reply’s, smiling, not turning around to face her.
"Were you able to decipher the transfiguration homework?"
"It was pretty simple, wave your wand in a spiral and say Transfiguris (I just made this up XD) and the newt will probably turn into a chameleon. Then write 10 inches about it and animal transfiguration."
"Right. Because life's so easy like that," Julie laughs.
“Why do we measure how long we write in inches, it doesn’t make much sense to me?”
"Idk, probably because we use rolls of parchment and not pieces of paper."
"I think it's because they want us to suffer," Julie sits next to Aofie.
“Probably true Julie, also, wouldn’t we use the metric system, not the imperial system, we live in the UK?” Aoife says
“Well, I’m from Ireland, but still.”
"Yah, but didn't you know, witches and wizards EYERYWHERE all use inches."
“Oh, right, sorry, at home we use centimeters and meters.”
((How about they are about to, but they're really close friends right now.))"It's weird, but my grandparents are Americans so I'm pretty used to using inches and feet."

"I've always wanted to visit Ireland. I haven't had the chance considering every summer my family goes to America to visit my grandparents. I think it would be interesting."

Another place I've always wanted to go was to Australia and New Zealand. I think they're both very pretty.((That's really cool))
"Both of you have such interesting pasts. I've lived in England my whole life, never been out of the country.

Cole starts chanting. "Duel, duel, duel!"
Headmistress walks down the stairs, still too far away to hear anything.

"Go quickly! Headmistress is coming!"
“Stop it everyone!” Aoife yells.
She rarely raises her voice so it shocks them.
"go, go GO!" Yells COle, very excited.

“Guys, seriously, stop, dueling doesn’t get anyone anywhere, just stop!” She yells again.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" yells headmistress. "Starting a duel I see. Nic, Naomi, Nerezza, TO MY OFFICE!"
“I’m sorry Ms., I was trying to get them to stop.” Aoife apologizes.
Julie runs to where they are. She missed a lot, "You need to go NOW. Stop trying to duel and talk like adults."
