I think you will need to contact staff for that. She has been entered exactly as her GR author profile, but for some reason the system created a different profile. Only staff can fix that.

Thanks, Scott. I even did a copy/paste from one of her books to force it. The system really did set up a different author profile.

I put an extra space in because I thought that was what needed, then discovered that she just had the default profile and moved it back. Somehow that fixed it.
