Hmm, weird. It's this one https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5... though it shows as being in the series, though Fae Fair does from the series page, but not from the book details page.

Prequel removed from the series page. Goodreads doesn't consider newsletter exclusives published works.

You are correct that at the moment (as of three days ago) the prequel for this series is no longer separately published and only available for my newsletter subscribers. When it was published on Amazon its ASIN was B0992LQGGP.
Do you remove all items that are unpublished?

The comment in #2 above may have been missed. We do not remove works that were previously published. I have reinstated this book and re-added it to the series.

Thank you, Emily. As the ASIN wasn't added to the book, I had no idea it was previously published. Amazon no longer lists it.
